Yes. We offer: custom logo boxes, branded trays, insert cards, lash books, labels, and retail-ready sample kits. You can provide your own design files (AI/PDF) or we can help with basic layout. Packaging adds approximately 3–7 days to the production timeline depending on complexity.

Express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 business days to most countries. Air freight: 7–12 days. Sea freight: 25–35 days (most economical for large orders). We ship from Qingdao, a major port city, so logistics are efficient. We can also ship to your freight forwarder in China if you have one.

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for first-time buyers who want platform protection. For sample orders, PayPal or Western Union is preferred.

Yes. Our factory follows standard QC procedures and can provide product photos and packing confirmation before each shipment. We can also assist with specific certification requirements (e.g. EU REACH, US FDA compliance) depending on your market needs — please mention this during inquiry.

Yes, we welcome factory visits. Our workshop is in Pingdu, Qingdao — about 1.5 hours from Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport. We recommend scheduling at least one week in advance so we can prepare samples and arrange a proper visit. Video calls can also be arranged if travel is not convenient.
