Express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 business days to most countries. Air freight: 7–12 days. Sea freight: 25–35 days (most economical for large orders). We ship from Qingdao, a major port city, so logistics are efficient. We can also ship to your freight forwarder in China if you have one.

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for first-time buyers who want platform protection. For sample orders, PayPal or Western Union is preferred.

Yes, we welcome factory visits. Our workshop is in Pingdu, Qingdao — about 1.5 hours from Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport. We recommend scheduling at least one week in advance so we can prepare samples and arrange a proper visit. Video calls can also be arranged if travel is not convenient.

Yes — samples are free. We typically send 5–7 sample styles by international courier so you can evaluate our quality before placing a production order. You cover the international shipping cost, and we'll confirm the courier fee with you before sending.
