W (Standard) has evenly spaced fibers for a clean look. DW (Dense) packs fibers tighter for a fuller effect with fewer fans. WW (Wide) has the widest spread for maximum coverage — ideal for glam and evening styles.
Which density should I choose for my brand?
3D–5D for natural daily wear, 6D–8D for premium volume, 9D–10D for dramatic glam. Most brands start with a mix: 5D + 7D + 10D to cover the full spectrum.
Can I mix lengths and curls in one tray?
Yes! Mixed trays are one of our most popular options. You can specify exact length distributions (e.g., 30% 10mm, 40% 12mm, 30% 14mm) and curl mixes per tray.
What materials are available?
Korean PBT is our standard (best value, excellent curl retention). Faux Mink is the premium tier (ultra-soft, natural sheen). Silk Blend is our luxury option (lightest weight, most natural look).
